Rick Lundregan

Richard Lundregan is a Director of Silverwood Investments, LLC, and the founding partner for RLMK, LLC which invests in real estate and provides brokerage for institutional quality large mixed-use, multifamily properties and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Lundregan began his career in 1984 as a commercial real estate agent for locally based Barnes, Morris, Pardoe, Inc. Over the next 24 years, Mr. Lundregan has served as Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis (formerly Insignia) and Barnes, Morris & Pardoe, Inc. with a focus on institutional multifamily related transactional business.

Mr. Lundregan has diverse experience transacting real estate within major development projects, large-scale existing multifamily properties and significant joint ventures. He has been intimately involved in the sale or joint venture of over 116 large scale properties with a combined value in excess of $1.6 Billion.   He has a wide array of experience in the commercial real estate industry from the evaluation and transaction of single asset and portfolio acquisitions through the company-building process.

Mr. Lundregan has assisted major companies with their initial and ongoing acquisition strategy. His clients include JMB Realty, Clark Realty Capital, Gables Residential, Carlyle Group, Monument Realty, Paradigm, JBG Companies, Equity Residential, Pulte Homes, EYA, Faison, and Archstone.

Mr. Lundregan is a licensed real estate broker in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Delaware and resides with his family in Bethesda, MD. He is a member of the Greater Washington Association of Commercial Realtors, the National Multifamily Housing Association and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association.  He holds a BA in Business Management from the University of South Florida and a BA in Psychology from Salisbury State College.
