Student Housing

Our focus on the burgeoning student housing business stems from our research indicating a continuously expanding market sector.  Transferring our diversified multifamily development and ownership approach to student housing is a natural progression for the company.

Our current target markets include Eastern Seaboard university towns with large full-time student populations.  Silverwood’s student housing strategy includes pursuit of both ground-up development and value-add rehabilitation of existing assets. 

We are actively pursuing a number of student housing opportunities and welcome the chance to add additional prospects.
